They perform on-site wiring, troubleshoot networking issues, program control interfaces, and provide technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Configuration: Install smart devices, sensors, and panels; set up and configure automation hubs and cloud-based platforms.
Networking & Integration: Integrate third-party devices (e.g., Alexa, Google Home, Control4, Savant) and configure IP-based systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical, network, and software issues.
Design & Planning: Conduct site surveys, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and create wiring diagrams.
Customer Support: Train users on system operation and ensure high satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of low-voltage electrical wiring, IoT protocols (MQTT, KNX, Zigbee, Z-Wave), and networking fundamentals.
Experience: Previous experience with AV systems, security, or home automation platforms is often preferred.
